Charge against the accused of child molestation, postponed
The charge against 13 years old boy for molesting a seven years old girl has been postponed by the District Court due to the under age of an accused. The District Court of Dang had given a verdict against the accused one month ago after finding him guilty in child molestation.
A single bench of District Court judge Balabhadra Bastola had given a verdict on November 9 regarding the case.
The accused had sexually abused a girl on October 27 and complaint against him was lodged on the same day.
He was arrested right after the complaint was lodged against him.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Dang on same day according to the police.
