Cases filed during Terai, Madhesi and Tharuhat agitation, taken back
The government has decided to take back 74 cases out of 208 filed during Terai, Madhesi and Tharuhat agitation as per the present legal provision through concerned bodies according to the Home Ministry.
Home Ministry while releasing a press note on November 11 stated that 22 cases were given a clean chit and remaining five cases were taken back as per present legal provision by doing paper work.
Similarly, 13 cases were decided and remaining 94 cases are in process according to legal and constitutional provision, the press release states.
