Case Registered against Suspended CIAA Chief at Supreme Court
The case against suspended CIAA chief Lok Man Singh Karki was lodged at Supreme Court on November 3.
Advocate Om Prakash Aryal has registered the case against Karki including other three for the legal treatment.
The other included Law secretary and chairperson of Agriculture Development Bank Pramod Karki and SI Nakul Raj Gautam of metropolitan circle Baneshwor.
If someone obstruct SC notice, they will be liable for 15 days prison with Rs 1000 penaltty.
