Case Lodged Against Rape Accused
A case against Rabin Neupane, 19 of Nuwakot Kumari-6, currently living at Kalanki, Kathmandu Metropolitan-14 has been lodged by Metropolitan Police Circle, Kalimati on charge of raping a 16-year-old girl.
Inspector Dimesh Lamichhane of Kathmandu Metropolitan circle Kalimati said that the case against hin was lodged on September 6 and has been remanded for investigation by a District Court order.
The victim’s relative had lodged a complaint against the accused on September 5 at Metropolitan Police Circle Kalimati.
The victim under gone a health checkup at Maternity Hospital in Kathmandu on September 5.
