Case Filed Against the Accused of Rape
A complaint has been filed against Chandan Yadav, 20, of Sukhipur Municipality 3 by the victim’s family for brutally raping a 35 years old disabled woman in the Local Police Station, Maheshpur, Pataar on December 16. The rape incident happened on August 13.
According to the victim’s mother, the incident of rape came out when she got suspicious of victim’s pregnancy and asked her about it.
Inspector Keshav Katuwal of the area police office Maheshpur Patar said that the health examination of the victim was conducted at the Provincial Hospital Siraha on 1st of December
Inspector Katuwal informed that the accused of the incident is absconding and the search is on.
