Cadre of “Biplov” arrested on charge of setting fire on Mini-Truck
Police have arrested 42 years old Sagar Timilsina, a cadre of “Biplov” led Nepal Communist Party, from Kathmandu on July 3 on charge of setting fire on a Muni-truck. He was arrested from Kathmandu and case was lodged in Nuwakot against him.
He was charged of setting fire on a mini-truck that was parked at Shivapuri Rural Municipality-8, Bohore Khola on August 14 last year.
The District Court of Nuwakot had ordered to search for those involved in the incident on August 31. The court has given permission to keep him in a custody for three day for investigation.
