Black Soot Smeared on District Education Officer
The cadres of Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand have smeared a black soot on the face of District Education Officer Man Singh Bista of Kailali on June 2.
The organization said that the black soot was smeared on the officer on charge of not giving attention on reforming the education sector and not implementing the agreement made between students organizations and District Education Officer regarding the improvement of education of the district.
DSP Bir Bahadur Budamagar of DPO said that the police do not have any information regarding the incident.
