Banned CPN Cadres Arrested
Manroop Sunar, 53, a district committee member of the Peasant Association of the Banned CPN of Nepal from Palata Rural -8 has been arrested by the police from his residence on December 14.
DSP Chakra Bahadur Shah of the District Police Office said that he was arrested on the charge of expanding the organization by conducting covert programs in the Bajura district.
According to Dr. Bhishma Pokharel, Acting Chief of Health Services, Sunar was examined at the District Hospital, Kalikot on December 15.
