Banned CPN Cadres Arrested
The District Police Office has arrested six cadres, including Lamjung in-charge of the banned Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) led by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov), from Khinchokbesi in Dordi Rural municipality-8.
Among the arrested are District In-Charge Jung Bahadur Bhandari, 42, of Rolpa District, District Secretary Bil Bahadur Gurung, 46, Rabindra Nakhola, 34, Durgalal Tamang, 22, and Sujan Thapa, 26. They have been arrested with explosives, said DSP Ganga Bahadur Thapa.
According to DSP Thapa, a special team of the District Police Office arrested them on November 23. He added the further investigation is underway into the explosives case.
