Attempt to Murder by shooting a 15-year-old boy, Accused Commits Suicide
A murder attempt by the shooting of Hemraj Shah, 15, of Gouradah Municipality-8 on October 18, 2022, was reported by the Police. According to the police, the accused committed suicide after the incident.
S.P Bishwamani Pokharel, District Police Office, informed that Biren Shah, uncle of the victim, shot his nephew motivated by a domestic dispute. After that, Biren walked a certain distance from the crime scene and proceeded to shoot himself.
The police suspect the incident to be motivated by a domestic dispute.
The injured victim, who was shot in the back, is being treated at B&C Hospital in Birtamod.
The body of the accused has been kept at Mechi Hospital for post-mortem.
