Arrested on charge of Sexual abuse
Police have arrested 25 years old Bipin KC of Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality-7 on December 4 on charge of sexually abusing 13 years old girl.
The victim was abused by the accused on December 17 and complaint against him was lodged at DPO on December 18.
He was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the a victim’s party according to the police inspector Ram Prasad Pandey.
The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Beni on December 19 according to police.
