Arrested on charge of rape
Police have arrested 28 years old Som lal Syangbo of Jugal Rural Municipality on November 18 on charge of raping 32 years old woman.
The victim had lodged complaint against the accused at District Police Office on November 13 on charge of rape on October 23.
Inspector Hari Krishna KC of DPO said that the complaint was lodged lately as the victim woman has a verbal problem and the complaint lodging body is not known yet.
The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Chautara on November 13 according to police.
Similarly, police have arrested 21 years old Chandra Kaji Syangbo of Jugal Rural Municipality-2, Golche on November 17 on charge of raping 32 years old woman. The victim woman had lodged complaint at District Police Office on November 14 on charge of rape on September 21. She underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Chautara on November 15.
In a similar incident, 29 years old Bal Krishna Shrestha of Chautara Sangacholgadi Municipality-8 was arrested by the police on November 17 on charge of raping 23 years old woman.
The victim woman was raped on October 31 according to the victim’s party. On November 12, the victim had lodged complaint at police office and on a same day she underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Chautara according to the police.
