Arrested on charge of rape
Police have arrested 20 years old Sabin Rai of Barabise Municipality-4 on September 16 on charge of raping 28 years old woman.
The victim’s party accused him of raping woman on September 16 and complaint was lodged at Area Police Office on September 16.
On September 16, the victim underwent health checkup at primary health centre according to inspector Hari Krishna Mainali of District Police Office.
