Arrested on charge of rape
Police have arrested 27 years old Guru Prasad Rimal of Ilam Mai Municipality-8 on August 6 on charge of raping 16 years old girl.
The victim’s family had lodged complaint at police office against the accused on July 27 accusing him of rape on May 22. The absconding accused was arrested by the police from Mai Municipality according to DSP Mahendra Kumar Shrestha. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Ilam on July 27.
