Arrested on charge of Human Trafficking
Police have arrested 45 years old Gyanu lama of Hetauda sub-metropolis-18, Meera Tamang,42 of Phulpingdada-5 and 37 years old Ratna Lama of Kapan-6 Kathmandu from Hetauda on July 23 on charge of attempting to traffick 41 years old woman in Iraq via India.
The victim was lured for a better job and police said that 30 years old Dolma lama of Gokarneshwor Municipality-5, Kathmandu is the master mind behind the incident.
The victim was handed over to the family by the police on July 17. She was ging to Iraq with cash Rs 50,000 via India.
The victim lodged complaint at women and children office under DPO on July 19.
