Alleged Accused of Rape Arrested
Police arrested 45-year-old Fajir Ahmed of Sarumarani Rural Municipality-1 on the charge of raping a 34-year-old woman on March 22.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on March 22 alleging that the accused had raped the victim on March 20. Inspector Humananda Khanal of the District Police Office investigating the incident informed INSEC that the accused was arrested based on the complaint filed.
The health examination of the victim was done on March 22 at District Hospital, Bijuwar.
