Accused Rapist Arrested After 32 years
Police have arrested 68 years old Pratap Oli of Bherimalika Municipality-6 on October 18 and sent him to the prison.The court had given its verdict regarding the case after finding him guilty on raping a 17-year-old girl.
The accused was arrested on the night of October 16 . The District Court of Jajarkot had ordered to sentence him 32 years ago for three years after he was found guilty on raping a girl.
The accused had raped a girl in 1979 September 6 and the court had ordered to send him in prison in 1984 after finding him guilty according to inspector Hukmat Bohara of DPO.
