Accused Rapist Arrested
Police have arrested Rajesh Mahara Chamar,18 of Pacharu VDC-8, Chanaut on August 11 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl after taking her on hostage.
The victim’s family have lodged a complaint at Area Police Office of Ganga Pipara on August 11 against the accused for taking victim on hostage and raping her.
He was arrested for investigation based on the complaint lodged by the victim’s family according to DSP Nabin Krishna Bhandari.
The victim is undergoing a treatment at District Hospital of Gaur according to DSP Bhandari.
