Accused Rapist Arrested
Police have arrested Badri Shrestha,38 of Dangsing-8 on August 20 on charge of raping 11-year-old girl.
The accused was arrested on the same day after a complaint against him was lodged at District Police Office accusing him of raping a girl at her home on August 13 according to inspector Jitendra Basnet of DPO.
The victim and accused both underwent a health check up at District Hospital of Trishuli on August 21. On August 21, the victim’s party had lodged a complaint at DPO.
