Accused on Rape arrested
Police have arrested Sanukanchha Tamang, 20 of Phulpingkot VDC-6 on December 13 on charge of raping a 29 years old woman on September 26.
The victim underwent a health check up at Chautara Hospital on September 27 according to police. A complaint against the accused was lodged at DPO on September 28.
The police said that the accused will be presented to the court on December 14. The victim had already died two months after the incident.
