Accused on Attempting to Rape, Arrested
Police have arrested Kapil Thakur Sharma,45 of Laxminiya VDC-7 on September 4 on charge of attempting to rape 23-year-old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office of Gaushala on September 4 accusing him of attempting to rape her on September 1.
He was arrested as soon as the complaint was lodged according to inspector Shambhu Pokhrel of Area Police Office of Gaushala.
The victim complained that the accused had sexually abused her in many other occasions as well. Police is investigating the incident.
