Accused of Sexual Abuse Arrested
A 55-year-old man, Dhankbahadur Sunar from Palungtar Municipality-4, was arrested by the police on December 4 on charges of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl.
According to the victim’s complaint, the accused sexually assaulted the girl on December 3. Based on the complaint filed by the victim’s side on the same day, the police arrested the accused for investigation, stated DSP Indraprasad Suvedi of the Gorkha District Police Office.
The victim underwent a medical examination at the Gorkha District Hospital on December 4.
