Accused of Sexual Abuse Arrested
Police has arrested a 33-year-old relative on 23 March in the charge of sexual abuse of a 10-year-old girl.
Mother of the victim had filed a complaint at the area police office, Butwal on 23 March stating that the accused sexually abused her daughter on 22 March.
Victim’s mother informed that the accused used to beat her every day. As per her, the accused beat her on the day of incident as well and sexually abused her daughter.
DSP of the area police office, Dan Bahadur Thapa informed that the accused has been arrested based on the complaint and the investigation is underway.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at Lumbini Provincial hospital on 23 March.
