Accused of Sexual Abuse Arrested
Police has arrested Kale Gurung, 51, of Sundar Bajar Municipality-8, on 26 February in the charge of sexual abuse of a 12-year-old girl.
Aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 26 February alleging that the accused sexually abused the victim on 25 February. As per the inspector Jagdhish Regmi, the accused was arrested based on the complaint filed.
Medical examination of the victim was conducetd at Lamgunj Hospital on 26 February 2023.
Inspector Regmi informed that the court added six days for investigation on 27 February and the investigation is underway.
