Absconding Guilty of Sexual Abuse Arrested
Police arrested Harikrishna Koju, 51, who had been absconding after being found guilty by District Court Bhaktapur for sexual abuse, on August 19, 2022.
DSP Raju Pandey of Police Complex Bhaktapur informed that the police team of Metropolitan Police Range Bhaktapur arrested Koju, resident of Suryabinayak Municipality-7 Kiwachok, who was absconding without serving his jail term. He was presented to Bhaktapur District Court on August 20 and sent to jail on the same day.
After the court found Koju guilty he was sentenced for three months and charged NPR 5,000.
