Accused of Rape of a Disabled Woman Arrested
Police arrested Dudh Bahadur Bamjan, 77, of Bakaiya Rural Municipality-6, Sudha, on 15 April, 2023, on the charge of rape of a 40-year-old disabled woman.
The victim’s guardians filed a complaint at the area police office, Hattisudhe, stating that the accused went to the victim’s house and raped her on 15 April.
The health examination of the victim woman was done on the same day at the Local Health Post in Hattisudeh.
Inspector Ramchandra Ghimire said the police arrested the accused and handed him to the District Police Office Makwanpur on 16 April.
