Accused Of Rape Arrested Rupandehi
Police arrested two 16 year old boys from their residence on September 19 on the charge of the crime of rape of a 13 year old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at Area Police Office, Butwal on September 19 2023 alleging that the accused had raped the victim on September 16.
According to the aggrieved party, the accused were acquaintances, who drugged the victim and raped her in a hotel under the pretense of dining , said Dhan Bahadur Thapa, DSP, Area Police Office.
The health examination of the victim was done at Lumbini Provincial Hospital on September 19.
