Accused of rape arrested, condition of victim remains critical
Police have arrested 35 years old Bahi Ghale of Nil Kantha Municipality-12 on June 15 on charge of raping 28 years old intellectually unable woman.
He was arrested based on a verbal complaint lodged however complaint was registered on June 16 by the victim’s party.
The victim was rescued and rushed to the District Hospital for treatment and her condition is said to be critical. DSP Ram Bahadur KC said that she was further transferred to Maternity Hospital in Kathmandu, Thapathali.
The victim was given extra blood after bleeding was not controlled according to hospital source.
