Accused of Rape Arrested
Police have arrested Aman Shiva,19, of Falgunand Rural Municipality-7 on the charge of raping a nine-year-old girl. He was arrested from his home on July 20.
Relatives of the victim had filed a complaint at the district police office on July 20, stating that the accused had raped the girl on July 16.
Inspector Santosh Rai of District Police Office Panchthar said that the action was taken based on the complaint filed by the victim.
The health examination of the victim girl was conducted on July 20 at District Hospital Panchthar.
