Accused of Rape Arrested
Police have arrested 23-year-old Bhikhari Raya Yadav of Basbariya Rural Municipality-6 Soharwa on June 29, 2022, on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Malangwa on June 30 accusing the Yadav of raping the girl on May 28.
According to DSP Madhav Prasad Budhathoki of the District Police Office, Malangwa, the accused Yadav was arrested on the basis of the victim’s complaint.
Dr. Nawal Kishor Jha informed that the girl was examined at the District Hospital, Malangwa on May 28.
