Accused of Rape Arrested
Police have arrested Sumin Khatri, 20, of Shivpuri Rural Municipality-1 on June 11, 2022, on the charge of attempting to rape a 22-year-old woman.
According to DSP Rupak Khadka, the victim had lodged a complaint against the accused Khatri at the District Police Office on June 6 alleging that he had raped her on June 3.
According to the police, the accused was arrested while he was hiding in his house.
The victim has been examined at Trishuli Hospital on June 6.
