Accused of Rape Arrested
Police have arrested Rampujan Kamati, 33, of Arnama Rural Municipality-1 on May 18, 2022 on the charge of raping a 21-year-old woman.
The victim had filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Siraha on May 18 against Kamati and Birendra Urav alleging that they had raped her on May 17.
The health examination of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital, Siraha on May 18.
According to DSP Subhash Budhathoki of District Police Office, Siraha, one accused has been arrested and other one is still absconding and action will be taken against them.
