Accused of rape Arrested
The police arrested 50-year-old Harish Chand of Bhimdatta Municipality-5 on April 18 for the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl with mental disability.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on April 18 alleging he raped the victim on April 17 when she was alone at home.
Constable Sapana Airi of District Police Office,Kanchanpur reported that the accused has been arrested and the investigation is undergoing.
The health examination of the victim was done on 18 April at Mahakali Provincial Hospital, Mahendranagar.
