Accused of Rape Arrested
Teke Sarki Ramtel, 35, of Ishwarpur Municipality-10 Phuljor was arrested on March 7, 2024 by the Area Police Office Keshargunj on the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl having difficulties in speaking.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the Area police office, Keshargunj on 7 June alleging that he raped the victim girl on 20 April, 2023.
Inspector Sabin Karki of the Area Police Office Keshargunj informed that the accused was arrested on 7 March and the District Court extended the deadline for one week on 8 March.
The health examination of the victim was conducted on June 7 at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa.
