Accused Of Rape Arrested
The police arrested 45-year-old Subindra Ubharkoti of Hillihang Rural Municipality-5 on November 2 for the charge of raping a 25-year-old woman.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused on October 31, 2023 at the District Police Office alleging that the accused raped the the victim on August 21.
Inspector Dibash Kunwar of the District Police Office stated that the accused was arrested from Phidim market for further investigation.
The health examination of the victim was done at the district hospital on October 31.
