Accused Of Rape Arrested
Police arrested a 13-year-old boy on October 9 on the charge of raping a 19-year-old girl.
The victim complained that she was sexually assaulted while sleeping alone in her room during the night, in a village near the district headquarters on October 8.
Police arrested the accused from the scene of the incident based on the verbal information given by the locals.
Inspector Deepak Singh Bista,Information Officer of the District Police Office informed that the aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on October 9.
Inspector Bista said that the District Court extended the period of five days and placed him in the child monitoring room.
The health examination of the victim was done on October 9 at the District Hospital.
