Accused of Rape Arrested
The police arrested Lok Bahadur Nepali, 29, of Bardghat Municipality-4 from his house, on June 5, on the charge of rape of a 13-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the local police office, Bardghat on June 4 saying that the accused had raped the victim on June 4.
Inspector Birendra KC of, the Local Police Office said the police have arrested the accused and an investigation is ongoing.
The victim said that the accused committed the crime while she was returning home after purchasing goods.
Doctor Nurul Hoda informed that the medical examination of the victim was done on June 4 at Prithvichandra District Hospital, Parasi.
