Accused of Rape Arrested
Police registered a complaint against Raju Khadka, 27, of Bhimeshwar Municipality-2 on April 30, 2023, on the charge of rape of a 17-year-old girl.
According to the District Police Inspector, Dharmesh Yadav, Usha Bhujel of Bhimeshwar Municipality-7, and Ram Khadka of Bhimeshwar Napa-2 are the accused as accomplishes of the crime. The victim accused them of luring her into a hotel in Bhimeshwar Napa-3 on April 23, 2023, where the accused assaulted her. Police arrested the three accused on April 30, and the investigation is ongoing.
The medical examination of the victim girl was conducted on April 28, at Pashupati Memorial Hospital, Charikot.
