Accused of Rape Arrested
Area Police Office Lahan arrested Lalbabu Das, 28, of Dhanusha district Janakpur Sub-metropolitan City-4, on 11 April 2023, on the charge of rape of a 27-year-old woman.
According to the victim’s family, the accused raped the woman on December 21, 2022, and she filed a complaint at the local police office in Lahan on 11 April 2023.
The health examination of the victim woman was done on 11 April at Lahan Provincial Hospital.
According to Inspector Krishna Khatri of the Lahan Area Police Office, the accused was arrested, and the case is going forward.
