Accused of Rape Arrested
Area police office has arrested Jitendra Yadav, 27, of Sabaila Municipality-6, Gobindapur, on 24 March in the charge of rape of a 12-year-old girl.
As per the victim, Jitendra Yadav, a teacher at Sunrise Boarding School raped her in the toilet of the school. Inspector of the area police office, Ram Krishna Devkota informed that the victim filed the complaint against the accused on 23 March.
Devkota further stated that the accused has been arrested and the investigation is underway.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at Janakpurdhan Provincial hospital, on the day she filed the complaint.
