Accused of Rape Arrested
Gobinda Bahadur Oli, 29, of Birendra Municipality-16, Surkhet has been arrested by the police on 20 March in the accusation of rape of a 15-year-old girl.
Aggrieved party had filed a complaint at alleging that the accused allred the child, took her to a hotel and raped her on 2 March 2023.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted ta Pashupati Memorial Hospital, Charikot, on 16 March.
Inspector of the District Police Office, Rajesh Sigdel informed that the accused absconded following the incident.
