Accused of Rape Arrested
Gaurab Rai, 21, of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City-15 has been arrested by the police on 12 March in the charge of rape of a 15-year-old girl.
Aggrieved party filed a complaint at the area police office Dharan on 24 February, alleging that the accused raped the victim on 1 February.
DSP of the District Police Office, Raj Kumar Rai informed that the accused has been arrested for investigation from his home on 12 March.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at BP Koirala Health and Science institute, Dharan on 12 March 2023.
