Accused of Rape Arrested
Kamal Nepali, 52, from Athrai Rural Municipality-2 has been arrested by the police on 4 March in the charge of rape of a 17-year-old girl.
Aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the Distirct Police office on 4 March alleging that the accused raped the girl on 3 March 2023.
As per inspector of the District Police Office, Che Fenjo, the accused has been arrested for the investigation based on the complaint.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at District Hospital on 4 February.
