Accused of Rape Arrested
Bechan Pandit, 50, of Kanchanpur Municipality-2, Bamajhiya has been arrested by the police on 28 February in the charge of rape of a 40-year-old single woman.
Victim filed a complaint at the area police office on 27 February alleging that the accused raped her alluring her with many reasons.
Hospital informed that the victim was 31-week pregnant in the course of treatment on 28 February.
As per the area police office, the case has been registered and the investigation is underway.
