Accused of Rape Arrested
Police arrested Devrajan Sada, 29, Ramgen Sada, 26 and Ram Kisun Sada, 21, of Narha Rural Municipality-4, on 30 January, in the accusation of gang rape of a 18-year-old child.
As per the aggrieved party, they filed the complaint at the district police office, Siraha on 30 June seeking justice. Bhagat Sada, 24, including others reportedly gang raped the girl on 29 January.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted at Provincial hospital Siraha on 30 January.
As per the DSP of district police office, Subhas Budhathoki, three accused were arrested shortly after the complaint registration, however, search operation of one accused, Bhagat was ongoing as he absconded.
