Accused of Rape Arrested
A 15-year-old child from Kumayak Rural Municipality-1 has been arrested by the police on 28 January, in the charge of rape of a 14-year-old child.
Aggrieve party filed a complaint against the accused at district police office on 28 January, alleging that the accused raped the child on 29 June.
As per police constable, Yubaraj Dahal, the accused was arrested based on the complaint filed by the aggrieved party.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted at district hospital on 28 January.
