Accused of Rape Arrested
Police arrested Chhabindra Bahadur Magar, 28 of Golanjore Rural Municipality-6, Nakajoli on January 9, 2023, on the charge of rape of 20-year-old woman.
District Police Office Sindhuli, DSP Harikrishna KC informed that the absconding accused was arrested from Ganapati Hotel in Kamalamai Municipality-4.
The District court Sindhuli issued an arrest warrant against the accused on December 21, 2022.
The victim had filed a complaint against the accused at District Police Office on December 21, 2022, regarding the incident that took November 5, 2022.
