Accused of Rape Arrested
Police has arrested Bharat Thapa Magar, 56, of Nilkantha Municipality-9, on January 1, in the charge of raping a six-year-old girl.
Shyam Khatri, DSP of district police office informed that complaint was registered stating that the child, who went to buy a chocolate was taken to the accused home and raped on January 1.
Medical checkup and treatment of the victim was conducted at Dhading hospital on January 1. District court has given a permission to keep the accused under custody and proceed with the investigation.
