Accused of Rape Arrested
Police have arrested Ishwari Pun Magar, 21, of Salyan District, Triveni Rural Municipality-5 on October 6 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. The accused was arrested on September 23, 2022.
The victim filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on the charge of raping the girl on August 23.
The brother of the victim met INSEC representative and informed about the incident.
Inspector Chhe Phinzo Bhote of District Police Office informed that the accused was arrested from Sunsari District, Inaruwa Municipality-4 for investigation.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital on August 23, 2022.
