Accused of Attempt to Rape Arrested
Police have arrested Suman Sunar, 31, of Bandganga Municipality-8, Madhuban, on the charge of trying to rape a 29-year-old woman. The accused was arrested on August 16, 2022.
The accused had tried to rape the victim on August 13, stated DSP JC Shah of the District Police Office.
According to the victim, she was working at her residence when the incident took place.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted on August 13 at Kapilbastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
